Manager - Techno Commercial Sales (Masterbatch)

- Responsible for the sale of Masterbatches, Colourants, filler masterbatches and Speciality Additives to Polymer Processors and related Industries.

- Screen, identify and evaluate potential, new markets entrance and collaboration targets according to the scope and profile defined by the company.

- Contribute to substantial organic growth for the company, by realizing firm projects:

- Interact with the R D team to develop colors for the new leads Maintain a computerized business lead register and frequently update marketing status in it.

- Frequently travel to customer site / plant and identify opportunities Maintain good relations with key personnel in purchasing and technical department of companies

- Generate realistic project pipeline, short term and midterm being able to realize those into a commercial business. Handover projects in commercial status to account manager.

- Defining, developing and deploying marketing and business development strategy for the selected new market opportunities.

- Manage contacts, relations, and negotiations with respective targets jointly with the EMEA team.

- Identifying strategic growth segments for a 2-year business plan and driving initiatives in cross-functional teams, from idea to execution in close collaboration with the commercial and technical team to implement new customer acquisition in new markets and specialty resins.

- Prepare monthly sales report, ISO reports and track self performance

- Follow up on payments

Qualification And Experience :

1. Engineer or MBA with Minimum 3 years in-depth professional experience in a multinational environment preferably in the specialty plastics, specialty masterbatches, specialty compounds, specialty plastics convertors or plastics machinery market.

2. Experience in project management, business development, new customer acquisition, strategy execution in international commercial roles, working in cross-functional programs/teams.

3. Previous experience managing existing large size customers.

4. Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently or within a team

5. Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks.

6. Be passionate about the environment

7. Territorial management, Credit management,

8. Driving and responsible for technical services, product development, application development and new business development
