Manager - Techno Commercial - FMCG

There are two roles available -

Techno-commercial & operations for ice-cream

Techno-commercial & operations for non-ice-cream

Ideal candidate would be who was part of production, then moved to supply chain and now managing greenfield/brownfield projects with expertise in the Dairy Business

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for quantity, quality and commercial of production/operations at all units

- Production Planning & Execution

- Quantity & Quality Assurance of Production

- Plant arrangement & supervision of production, maintenance (regular & preventive), raw material planning, logistics of RM & PG

- Coordination with sales team to understand the demand

- Preparing MIS of Technical and Commercial activity on daily/weekly/annual basis to reporting authorities

- Reviewing of weekly production and finding new ways to reduce cost in the best possible way

- Effective coordination with raw material purchase team, logistics team, sales team

Qualifications :

Experience in the Dairy Industry a must. For the ice-cream role, experience in ice-cream is mandatory

Educational Qualification - Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering degree with MBA/PGDM degree preferably in Operations

- 10+ years of experience in the FMCG industry (minimum 7 years' experience in the Dairy business)

- Should be okay to travel extensively across the country

Location - Bengaluru

Reporting Relationship - Will report to the Dairy Business Lead
