Job Description :

- Preparing road map for overall training requirement of Mobile service centers pan India & and making annual training plan as per product.

- Conducting trainings at regional level for trainers & service centers at the time of Premium product launch

- Providing training & guidance to regional trainers.

- Coordinating with Product Planning team & preparing for the product launch from service perspective as per the PRM (Product Road map)

- Prepare training documents, model specification sheets etc before model launch.
