Profile: Manager Technical Service Training & Operation

Location: Bangalore

KRA - 

- Maintaining superior knowledge, preparation of Training manual and update on a regular basis.

- Providing Training by understanding the requirements of the product for Sales and Service Team.

- Comprehensive Induction orientation programmes for new hires in various categories & different levels Conceptualizing and developing a training module for entire South zone staff.

- Design & deliver training. Maintain MIS & Trackers.

- Develop innovative methods of training and create benchmarks with the objective of building the required capabilities of human resources.

- Train the sales force, customer service, CBD's, BDM as and when new products are launched Plan and Execute the Monthly, quarterly, Annual Training calendar coordinating with Zonal sales head, Sales operations:

- To work closely with HR to analyze the technical skills of the candidate before recruitment & developing the required skills after recruitment for standard performance.

- Create robust process to assess technical capabilities periodically.

- Preparation of Questions for all product vertical wise to assess the required skill sets of an employee before confirmation.

- Corporate and technical presentation for the different client by conducting Architect meet, Engineers meet, Dealers meet, Dealer's salesperson meet, Mason, meet etc.

- Reduction of Customer's complaints by providing best Technical support on Standards, Specifications, QC aspects, Products USPs, product application, SOP etc to Architects, Project site peoples, Builders, Contractors, Masons, Distributors, Dealers and customers as & when required. Ensuring training deadlines are met and producing on time deliverables.

- Presenting a professional appearance and possessing excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.

- Conducting post-training satisfaction surveys by collecting feedback from each participant for continuous improvement of training.
