Technical Sales Manager, Biofuel and Starch, Bangalore

- The role requires you to travel for around 50% of your time. The position is based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Commercial Head - Distilling & Bioenergy.
In this position, you need:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree (Sales/ Marketing and/or Technical)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant job experience preferably in chemical or biochemical sciences and with good knowledge about Grain & Molasses Distilling (1G biofuels). Experience in starch processing will be add on.
- Strong sales and/or Marketing experience (> 4 - 5 years), preferably from Distilling industry.
- 3 years' experience/Exposure to industrial enzymes preferred
- Strong drive, responsible, goal-oriented, well organized, and self-motivated, being able to develop business independently
- Structured presentation and analytical skills - and use insights to drive decisions. Demonstrated computer proficiency including MS Office.
- Ability to engage and build strong relationship with key stakeholders including R&D, sales, and marketing teams - internally and at key customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time in your region is a prerequisite.
- Fluency in English (written/spoken). Fluency in Hindi will be an advantage.
