Profile Requirements:

Aggressively manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offers.

- Train the line partners in how to conduct interviews and identify candidates for skill/competency and not background

- Conduct needs analysis with the line partners and prioritise critical positions, and skill sets

- Develops and oversees recruiting strategies.

- Partners with HR Ops to align compensation practices and ensure equity in hiring decisions.

- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
