V. Job Description :

- The incumbent would be responsible as individual contributor considering overall Human Resource Recruitment function management in IT Operation with resource capacity of 100+ people. Functional areas includes IT Software Development & Services related business. This is independent strategic mid-level position to manage the technical recruitment.

Key areas of overall responsibilities :

- Recruitment & Staffing

JD Formulation in coordination with hiring manager

- Technical Recruitment &Staffing

- Engagement and On boarding process

- Campus Recruitment

- Specific head hunting at Senior level position

- Replacement cum Attrition Management

- Manpower planning, budgeting and deployment cum rotation.

- Team Management with specific KPIs / TAT based closure

- Coordination with Technical andother HR Functional areas - Partner Management

- External consultant coordination

- Development of Partner Ecosystem

- Specific demands on the job: Need to Stretch, Weekend Availability, Travelling and Result oriented KPIs to achieve.

III. Knowledge Essential / Critical Exposure &Experience :

IV.Skills : Full time MBA (Residential) in Human Resource from premier Institute. Background of Computer Science education is preferable.

- 10 Plus years as Overall experience with minimum 05 years' experience in ITRecruitment Industry.

- Good Stability and working exposure in one of the top 25 IT Companies.

- MIS, Systems and Reporting

- Strategic Planning

- Recruitment Management (with Corporate Function& Business Heads)

- Ownership Driven Approach

- Analytical abilities

- Good communication & writing skills

- Team Management & Result Orientation
