Location : Whitefield, Bangalore.

Reporting to : AVP - Software delivery

Detailed Job Description :

Technical Delivery Manager :

- Looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to provide post-sales ownership over multiple accounts and support our growing business.

- As a leader within the organization, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects utilizing cutting edge Microsoft and related technology.

- Your focus will be spread across multiple customers and you'll work directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure client satisfaction and adoption.

- You will also play a significant role in supporting new business software and services opportunities.

- The Technical Delivery Manager (PDM) plays a key role in driving and managing services. Oversees the delivery of services. Supporting the Technology function, Technical with senior management to evaluate performance, needs assessment, spend optimization and risk management.

- Directs the lifecycle activities for existing contracts. Identifies new technology solutions and works closely with internal business Technical to forecast future needs and to develop cost effective strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Works closely with the technology practices to drive the strategy and selection of tools and products. Coordinates the negotiation and execution of contracts with the Legal and Contracts departments.

About You :

- You have experience supporting pre-sales activities with your ability to quickly understand processes and to develop technical solutions to support client business strategy

- You have prior software consulting experience, ideally in managing delivery of Enterprise solutions

- Agility is your mantra and building quality software is your goal

- You're well educated, with at least an Engineering background or related field/degree in addition to 8+ years of experience

- You have experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications

- You have experience with Business Value Analysis and leading customers towards measurable ROI

- You have excellent communication skills and keep the lines of communication open by circulating reports that keep stakeholders in the loop on project status and in-sync with the latest development schedule and priorities

How you'll contribute :

- Oversee the delivery of Company's projects at customer accounts within region to ensure deployment matches client executive and business sponsor expectations

- Mentor a team and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, nurturing them from inception to launch while collaborating with stakeholders and establishing realistic development guidelines

- Interface with Company's Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support

- Work with delivery partners to augment Company's led engagements with partner resources as well as to supplement partner led engagements with Company's resources.

- Should be well versed with Mobile, social technologies, Cloud delivery and modernizing business applications so anyone, anywhere can get the information they need to take the right business action on any device.

- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.

- Determination and focus to drive projects through to implementation.

- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.

- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.

- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.

- Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach

- Have complete control of the health of the project, including top line, bottom line, margins, customer satisfaction, attrition, pyramid, team mentoring, people management and career guidance.
