Experience: 5+ years in managing technical projects

Education: Tier 1 Engineering (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) or MBA (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, etc.)

What You'll Do:

- Lead & Execute: Own the entire project lifecycle-from planning to delivery-ensuring smooth execution.

- Stakeholder Management: Be the go-to person for all internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment and transparency.

- Track & Optimize: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively solve roadblocks to meet deadlines.

- Agile Execution: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.

- Process Improvement: Implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution speed.

- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership with clear documentation and progress tracking.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, handling large-scale technical projects.

- Strong educational background-Tier 1 Engineering (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) or MBA (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, etc.).

- Deep understanding of technology, software development processes, and Agile methodologies.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align multiple teams.

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced tech environment.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
