new Manager - Technical & Investment Sourcing

- You will be responsible for negotiating contracts for process equipment, construction works and large installations in India.

- Furthermore you will be involved in Sourcing technical equipment in India to supply large projects in US and Denmark.

- You will be based in Patalganga (near Mumbai) and be working close together with the Sourcing team in China.

- As a Sourcing manager you will be responsible to handle supplier negotiations and contract preparations. Together with colleagues from Project Execution, technical experts and other stakeholders in company, you will work on delivering world class sourcing of mainly CAPEX.

- You will be responsible for monitoring the Indian supplier market, i.e. analysing supplier capabilities and cost drivers.

- Support corporate initiatives to source technical equipment from emerging markets as India and China.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

- Preparing RFI/RFP and strong skills in negotiating contracts

- Maintaining a strong stakeholder involvement

- Strong analytical skills and able to work independently

- Confident and strong communication skills in English

- Ability to handle periodic high work load to meet project deadlines

- Maintaining a solid understanding of the supplier base

- Proactive and positive attitude

- Ambitious and curious personality

To succeed you must hold:

- Master / Bachelor in engineering, business administration or similar

- You preferably hold a master's degree in Business Administration, economics, or engineering and have 5-10 years of relevant working experience - preferably from an international company.

Location: This job will be located at Patalganga (near Mumbai)
