Role & Responsibilities:-
Managing recruitment strategy through defined targets set in line with broader Talent Acquisiton department goals.
- Managing diverse set of stakeholders including other regions and ensuring market insights are fed back to business for more informed decision-making in terms of hiring best talent available.
- Ensure delivery in high pressure phases through the aligned team & also self-screen source profiles through different channels namely Directs, Internal, Emp Refs & Agencies based on situation & team load
- Efficient vendor management & working through market insights to ensure best in class talent intake
- Social media & innovative network hiring (LinkedIn, Twitter) other than mass portals like Naukri.com
- Conducting HR discussions incl. salary for external as well as internal applicants based on funnel
- Offer negotiations and seeking end-to-end fitment approvals (as per salary approval matrix)
