Manager - Technical - Healthcare

- Developing new products with new polymers

- Improving properties of existing products and processes

- Introducing new chemicals/polymers

- Carrying out patent search and technology surveillance.

- Initiating R&D project proposals and driving the development through intermediate stages to successful project completion.

- Development & management of a small R&D project team.

- Acts as a role model in driving the assimilation of MST Core Values and Business Code of Conduct

Ideal Candidate

- Masters / Doctorate in Polymer Science or Polymer technology

- Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in polymer science research lab or industrial Technical/R&D.

- Preferably a "Research and Development" professional with extensive experience in the areas of synthetic rubber latex dipped products, process development, and corrective action

- Expertise in formulation, dipping plant, and new polymer blends will be an added advantage.

- A highly skilled and experienced individual in driving the projects right from design to plant level scale up to commercial run

- Ideal age between 35 years and 45 years
