Job Description: Manager - TDD (Technical Due Diligence)

The opportunity You'll be working in a team environment with technical due diligence professionals on a variety of projects across service sectors.

Your key responsibilities:

You will be a vital member of the team managing and executing technical diligence project work, drive growth and engagement delivery across the breadth of advisory activities, keeping track of technological trends, OEMs, Technology vendors, M&A intelligence and competition in the sector.

Skills and attributes required:

- Handling technical due diligence engagements

- Understanding of plant layout and engineering drawings/designs/layout

- In-depth process flow, technical analysis of products, infrastructure and architecture, product roadmap, services and practices

- Understanding of regulatory environment and licenses

- Technology evaluation, technical specifications and assessment of obsolescence

- Asset condition assessment, utilization levels, repairs and maintenance, refurbishment, replacement, debottlenecking analysis

- Product/Technology economic, margin and benchmarking analysis

- Understanding of Quality standards, EHS, ESG frameworks, guidelines and ability to assess

- Understanding of operations and functions and ability to assess the performance

- Mapping of Systems and SOPs

- Providing critical technical inputs to financial analysis

- Strategic and creative thinking and prepare point of view documents / industry reports / sector opinions etc.

- Use automation/IT tools for collecting and analyzing data.

You must have:

- Engineering Graduate (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Electrical, Civil Engineering) plus, Full time MBA from premier business school

- 4-8 years of Technical Due Diligence experience into the at least two sectors from manufacturing industry only

- The individual must have an exposure to two or more sub verticals within Manufacturing, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Healthcare, etc.

- Prior work experience with a top consulting organization will be preferred

- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- Must be willing and able to travel
