Mode Full time, in office.

- As Manager, Tech recruitment, you are responsible to run the entire recruitment cycle for the assigned mandates for our domestic or international clients.

- Understand and analyze the job description in details.

- Source matching candidates from various databases leveraging advanced search and sourcing techniques (we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques).

- Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidates.

- Make optimal use of social media for mandate marketing and attracting talent.

- Communicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and timely joining.

Your profile :

- You should have minimum 3 years of experience in technology or tech recruitment field, working with agencies or tech companies.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Strong understanding of various technologies, skillsets.

- Experience gathering difficult to find passive candidate and business data.

- Deep knowledge of search engine syntax in various search engines.

- Good understanding of social media.

- Technical educational background (BE, BCS, MCM etc) would be a great advantage.

- You should be comfortable leveraging social media for sourcing and marketing.
