- Candidate should be MBA with similar work experience in Bank's/NBFC's need to apply

- Candidate should be from back ground of sourcing as he has to manage both Individual & team target.

- Candidate should have experience in managing team on company payroll

- Managing a team of Wealth Relationship manager

- Managing wealth client for their wealth creation needs

- Understating the requirement of clients & providing proper solutions

- Assisting team for their target and net sales numbers month on month

- Mentoring Team in terms of wealth products and portfolio construction and re-balancing.

- Products like Equity, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, Offshore Investment Products and alternate investments.

- Achieving assigned individual & team targets
