Monitoring and Review of Quality of Products
Recommendations for New Machinery for Process Improvement and cost reduction
Review of Costing of Products
General maintenance of site quality system, review of laboratory results and implementing effective preventative procedures and corrective actions to achieve company, legal and customer specifications on all products.
Overview control of the quality assurance function with responsibility for maintenance of site accreditation, training and site hygiene.
Control of site chemicals and authorization of new chemicals.
Maintenance of HACCP and Quality Assurance System, thus providing a "due diligence" defense for the site.
Effective implementation of company technical requirements to ensure site compliance with central technical procedures to give effective management on food safety.
Overview of control and response to all customer complaints with appropriate internal communications to action.
Maintenance of site pest control contract.
Control of specifications and packaging to ensure effective management with regard to packaging or ingredients complaints and liaison with suppliers.
To carry out investigations into product failures and implement corrective actions
