Responsibilities : - Strategic Business Analysis, Management Presentations - Management presentations to analyze and summarize revenue, expenses,&nbsp;resource consumption, Client P&amp;L review, RM Dashboard, Control and oversight&nbsp;meetings materials, FOS reporting, client interactions and other management&nbsp;reporting metrics. - Help quantify new business opportunities in partnership with business managers /&nbsp;Front Office as well as corporate functions - Perform analytical review where required on clients, products and processes - IRPQ&nbsp;client profile assessment - Monitor preparation / Prepare weekly business summaries, which include&nbsp;financial metrics and business commentary for Senior Management. - Launch of new products and coordination with NBG to get NEPAL approval. - Provide assistance on business continuity management (BCM) matters - Preparation of Management Information reports - Production of weekly RM performance report (NNM, AUM, revenue;, and&nbsp;breakdown of revenue by products) - Monthly RM balance Scorecard (financial and non-financial) - Annual RM performance - Partnering with Technology, Operations, Finance and other Corporate&nbsp;functions - To provide support for UAT support for each change cycle schedule - Co-ordinate changes in PRR, Sales notification and monitoring of eventual client&nbsp;communication - Assist in the management of E-platform - Control and Conduct - Ensuring adherence to business policies. - Assist onshore teams in tracking and resolving Audit points Requirement : - Good Knowledge of Capital Market products and asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Forex, Derivatives) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in building and&nbsp;maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and regional&nbsp;counterparts at senior levels - Strong Analytical and Situational Problem solving skills. - Good understanding of the Trade Lifecycle and various corporate&nbsp;functions along the Trade Life cycle - Excellent MS Power-point, Excel and Word skills
