Job Title: Manager - Taxation

Location: Faridabad / Delhi (Preferred) | Noida / Ghaziabad (Considered)

Experience: 5-8 years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry Preference: Real Estate & Infrastructure Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage taxation for 10-15 entities within a complex organizational structure.

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, including GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Handle tax planning, assessments, audits, and litigation to optimize tax efficiency.

- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and filings.

- Liaise with tax consultants and regulatory authorities for dispute resolution and compliance matters.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments to minimize risks.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong expertise in real estate and infrastructure taxation.

- Experience managing taxation for multiple entities (10-15 ideally).

- Proficiency in tax structuring, compliance, and regulatory filings.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
