Manager - Taxation - Manufacturing Firm - CA

BNC is hiring Taxation Manager for MNC

1. Devising tax planning strategies which are aligned with business goals

2. Handling Direct Tax compliances (Transfer Pricing compliances, Corporate Tax Returns)

3. Handling Indirect Tax compliance (GST)

4. Being accountable for tax accounting and reporting

5. Coordinating with Tax Audit and GST Audit

6. Handling tax litigation in conjunction with consultants

7. Ensure tax compliances GST (All Major states in India), TDS & Income tax.

8. Verify Calculations and deposit tax on monthly basis.

9. Verify the accounting entries from taxation point of view.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. CA having Min 4+ years of relevant experience in the field of Taxation.

2. In-depth knowledge of Direct Taxes is must & indirect Tax is preferred

3. Excellent inter-personal skills.

4. Experience in liaising with Internal and External auditors for tax audits and Tax authorities and other government departments. compliances.

5. Updated knowledge of Income Tax & GST

6. Organized, efficient, direct and committed. Very focused and results driven. Accountable with high integrity.
