About our Client - Our client started its operation in the USA and expanded its business to India. Since then it has been the fastest growing Health Care company in India and a pioneer in the Out patient Care business model. Having received $150 mn from a private equity fund to further expand, it is looking to hire a Manager taxation to align themselves with the fast growth of the company.

Job Description - Reporting into the DGM Finance your responsibilities will be:

- Direct tax compliance and reporting

- Transfer Pricing

- Handling tax assessments and proceedings

- Indirect Tax compliance including recent exposure to VAT and Central Excise

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 3-5 years exposure in hardcore taxation. You must have excellent exposure to Direct Tax, and Indirect Taxation. You have exposure to SAP and excellent communication skills.
