About our Client - Our client is a US based international into the Consumer space. They've been in India for over 20 years and are currently looking for a specialist in Indirect tax to head up their Taxation piece based out of Gurgaon

Job Description - Reporting into the FC, you will be a leading a team of 5 and will be responsible for:

Indirect Taxation:

- Overall responsibility for accurate and timely VAT, Service Tax and Excise payments

Direct Taxation:

- Handling all existing and future Income Tax Cases, Notices and Yearly assessments as well as TDS compliances

Tax projects:

- Tax planning in addition to compliance and litigation

- Legal compliance

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA First attempt with minimum 5-6 years experience in Indirect taxation. Big4 exposure pre/post qualification is a must

- FMCG/FMCD exposure is ideal

- Dynamic, high potential candidate with strong interpersonal skills
