Responsibilities:  Liaise with tax departments and tax consultants for assessments, notices etc.  Ensure full tax compliance in the organization and maintain all regulation amendments from time to time  Ensure proper transfer pricing mechanisms for different transactions with different related parties and ensure maintenance of documentation  Ensure correct and timely filing of all tax returns, forms, payment of taxes   Periodic knowledge distribution to colleagues about different taxes that affect their daily life  Publish monthly tax compliance dashboard  Experience & Qualification :  Chartered Accountant with 8-10 Years post qualification   Sound knowledge of direct taxes including transfer pricing and DTAA  Sound knowledge of Service Tax, VAT/CST  Experience of handling TP and I-Tax assessments, notices etc and liaise with Tax Office and Consultants  Experience of handling assessments for indirect taxes
