Manager - Taxation - CA + CS - BFSI

Reporting to the CFO, your major responsibilities include:

Filing Income tax returns as per the companies act 2013 compliances and tax laws

Setting up board meetings and agenda of the meetings for the senior stakeholders

Working with External Consultants by providing them information for assessments, reassessments, cases, appeals with Income Tax authorities.

Filing TDS and service tax returns

Ensuring deposit of Tax to government by due date

Handling transfer pricing issues

Desired Candidate Profile:

You are a CA and CS with 4 Plus years of experience in the taxation domain:

Strong knowledge on taxation laws and companies act

Should have experience of taxation (direct tax and indirect tax) along with secretarial abilities

Analytical and enquiring nature and skill set

Ability to work in a flexible environment

Planning and organization capabilities
