- Delivering a full range of tax services (Direct and Indirect) in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe

- Understanding whole portfolio investment and optimize tax efficiency.

- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.

- Understanding of GST and full compliance of GST.

Job brief : We are looking for 8 -10 years of experience post CA qualification for a Tax Manager to lead and manage multiple operations in the tax area and to deliver quality tax services

Responsibilities :

- Deliver a full range of tax services (direct and Indirect) in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe.

- Very strong knowledge of Capital Gain, Income from other Sources apart from Chapter VI exemption.

- Comply entire requirement of GST.

- Ensure smooth GST audit and ensure all-time compliance of GST.

- Strong knowledge of income tax especially on the investment side to bring on more tax efficiency by understanding the underline investment thesis.

- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.

- Identify and mitigate tax risks.

- Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance

- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process

- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices

- Manage and coordinate tax audits

- Maintain tax balances on the general ledger

- Prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests

Requirements :

a. Proven work experience as a Tax Manager handling both direct and indirect tax.

b. Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns in Manufacturing

c. Expert Knowledge of MS office with expert knowledge of tax software/tools.

d. Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems

e. Strong knowledge of GST and capital gains.

f. Strong leadership and personnel management skills

g. Analytical skills with detail orientation
