Manager - Taxation - CA

CA with 5+ years post qualification experience preferred.

- Ensure direct tax compliance, not limited to income tax returns TDS, TCS for all the entities of the group.

Someone who is having more exposure predominantly in GST ( Indirect tax) and handling GST Implementation

- Ensure indirect tax compliance, not limited to GST returns, ensuring GST computations across India.

- Timely completion of audits under direct and indirect tax laws

- Track amendments to direct tax laws & indirect tax laws on continuous basis for timely implementation.

- Providing tax impact analysis for changes in tax laws

- Ensure Direct tax & Indirect tax compliances for overseas entities

- Deep knowledge of tax laws requried.
