Job Description :

- The role should be able to manage Corporate taxation activities. The activities would include Direct and Indirect tax compliances

Client Details :

Description :

- Responsible to ensure direct and Indirect tax compliances including IT computation, filing of IT returns and filing of TDS certificates.

- Support in managing Tax assessments/ audits/ litigations, drafting replies/ appeals, dealing with consultants/ advocates.

- Manage and review Indirect taxation including filing Tax Audit, IT return, Assessments, monthly GST returns, GST audit and all related activities.

- Provide strong support in the area of Tax planning strategizing with capability to comprehend the taxation changes and impact thereof in company.

- Interface with the founders and co-founders and collaborate with them for finalization of tax audit, etc.

Profile :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of direct tax laws of India having at-least 4 years of post-qualification relevant tax experience - both Direct and indirect taxation

- Prior Big 4 experience is a preference

- Prior team handling experience is a preference

- Prior experience handling Direct and Indirect taxation is a must
