Manager - Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

Indirect Tax:

- Compliance with respect to GST, VAT, CST, Entry Tax and Entertainment Tax

- Closure of Indirect Tax Assessments of VAT, CST, Entry Tax and Entertainment Tax

- Active Participation in GST Audit

- Active Participation in reply to Show Cause notices and attend hearings

- Dealing with departments like Commercial Taxes, Entertainment Taxes and follow-up with Consultants

- Well updated on GST

Direct Tax:

- Working knowledge of TDS like tax payments, returns filling and e- TDS rectifications

- Department Liaoning wherever required
