We have an urgent requirement for Manager - Tax and Revenue Accounting

- We need CA first attempt is required and Articleship from Big 4 is mandatory

Primary objective :

Manager Tax is primarily responsible for handling tax matters of the company and acting as single point of contact for all tax matters of the organisation. Additionally, he/she will also manage Revenue Accounting and payroll of the company.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for both direct and indirect taxes,

- Attending tax hearing and representing company before various tax authorities

- Attending to all tax notices, partnering with tax consultants in filing appeals with various tax authorities

- Preparation for various tax returns which includes TDS returns, Corporate Tax Returns, Service Tax Returns etc

- Advising business on various tax issues and formulating strategies to address various changes in tax laws impacting business

- Handling Transfer Pricing matters which includes assessments, TP study, Form 3 CEB etc

- Supervising Payroll and related activities which include Payroll Accounting as well

- Active participation in month-end process and group / location reporting packs.

- Secretarial and FEMA compliances
