- Budgeting and spend control

- MIS reporting

- Stakeholder communications

- Training need analysis

Academic Qualifications : Preferably, MBA (HR)

Experience : Preferably, experience in managing and handling the learning and development function (preferably Tax L&D) of a large organization.
