Manager - Tax Delivery - Big4

As a Manager in our Tax delivery team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and client service team (CST). You will:

- Be an instrumental part of the Delivery support Team

A. Responsibility for service delivery to CST:

- Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within the budgeted time to the CST

- Achieving target utilisation and meeting related financial metrics

B. Team management:

- Managing a team of 50-60 & being responsible for their deliverables, quality & utilisation

- Balanced allocation of work to team members

- Ensuring correct SAP utilisation of the team in a timely manner

- Guiding, developing & coaching team members

C. Stakeholder management:

- Regularly briefing the Delivery Lead (DL) on important developments

- Assisting the DL on important reportings to partner groups & leaders

- Assisting in hiring & controlling attrition

- Assisting in driving trainings across levels throughout the year

- Obtaining regular CSAT feedback from CSTs
