The job requires execution of International tax policies and planning initiatives and optimize the tax burden thereby increasing profitability; negotiating the best tax clause with partners, Handling of International tax Audits, Assessment/ Reopening of assessment, tax policies and planning initiatives, Litigation and compliance.
This role also requires monitoring of expat taxation for over 100 + people
Given the sensitivity of the work, the role needs a high amount of leadership skill to handle tax administration, partner/ customer/ peer management skills with excellent communication skills.
The role holder is required to independently take decisions w.r.t Change in the process, government guidelines.
The role requires stakeholder management with senior leaders i.e. CFO, Finance Controller, Business heads and partner fraternity.
