Assist in driving effectiveness of the office of the Talent Acquisition function by preparing and maintaining reports / documents / presentations, conducting business & financial research, managing communication with business stakeholders, driving urgency with key stakeholders in the organization and supporting analysis conducted for enhanced decision-making. Helping the Talent Acquisition leaders and operating committee keep abreast of trends in the market and insights aligned to function and organization goals.
Essential Functions :
1. Planning and Admin :
a. Goals / assessment for Talent Acquisition function
b. Budget, forecasts and all liaison with finance
c. Content and follow-up for all forums chaired by Talent Acquisition leader
2. Program Management :
a. Drives agenda / actions for all forums chaired by Talent Acquisition leader
b. Driving execution of initiatives across Talent acquisition function.
c. Follow-up on strategy execution
3. Research and help on strategy and key initiatives
a. Talking to analysts / advisors
b. Secondary research
c. Decks and presentations
4. MIS & Dashboards
a. Prepare periodic updates for Board, Executive and Operating Management on strategic objectives, steering councils and related senior leadership forums on all key strategic initiatives and functional aspects
b. Manage and maintain an organization wide portfolio of functional capabilities and initiatives, upkeep
of centralized repositories
c. Refine and maintain strategic frameworks, guidelines and processes
Key Expectations :
- Ability to keep updated on the markets we operate in via research, analysis and interviews. Conduct secondary research on key competitors, market trends and industry outlook
- Source, design and visualize data necessary to support decision making. Create powerful narratives
- Ability to understand and derive insight from financial data including scenario modeling
- Drafting communication and presentations for senior stakeholders that include the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
- Drive urgency with key stakeholders across the organization on execution of strategic tasks including rigorous follow-up and action planning
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality in all deliverables
- Ensuring consistency and alignment in all communication from Talent Acquisition Office
Education Requirement :
- Minimum of Bachelors in any business related or quantitative discipline; MBA preferred
- Candidates with other backgrounds can be assessed for fit and willingness to learn if they show the right inclination
