- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager for a large large very well established Consultant firm
- Very good exp across Recruitment initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs.
- Duties for the Manager will including Talent Sourcing, Leadership sourcing, Team Leading and very strong Client Management etc. aligning towards business objectives.
- Sourcing and Recruiting the right talent, enhancing Team member performance, supporting Client development, enhancing Recruitment efforts, planning strategic Recruitment initiatives, managing Consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes for fresh hiring, communicating role expectations.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of Recruitment Business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.
Recruitment Responsibilities :
- Strong sourcing knowledge across different channels
- Developing the Recruitment agenda.
- Developing Sourcing strategies, knowledge sharing with the peers.
- Improving and monitoring Team Performance and productivity.
- Managing Teams wellness initiatives.
- Improving relations between Team and Client.
- Evaluating Client needs and expectations for strong Business growth.
- Overseeing across Recruitment efforts.
