b. Identify career paths, critical skills and experiences needed to move across different roles and enable career progressions
c. Succession planning for key roles
3. Build the Culture aligned to its defined values
a. Develop interventions to build the desired culture and reinforce comoany values
b. Communication and social connect initiatives
c. Recognition initiatives
Critical Skills & Experience :
- Overall 5 to 8 years experience with at least 2 years of HR business partnering experience
- Ability to conceptualize and design talent management and OD interventions
- Ability to independently facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, and connect with employees across levels.
- Ability to analyse data and draw out meaningful insights
