About our Client:
Our client is a global shipping conglomerate with a presence in more than 50 countries globally. They are looking at hiring a Manager-Talent Management to lead talent management initiatives across India, China and Phillipines operations.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Talent Management & Change Management Lead, you would:
- Lead Talent Management initiatives globally
- Drive succession planning across the managerial workforce
- Develop and institutionalize career frameworks
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and management to facilitate and implement the nine box tool in talent management and organizational development
- Please note that this is an individual contributor role
The Successful Candidate:
- You have worked in an Talent Management and HR Business Partner role for 7+ years in a multinational firm with proven track record in stakeholder management.
- You would hold a full time postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
