- Managing talent pipeline and programs for managing talent across levels/businesses (MT/GET/GT/DT/SI/Educational program/etc)
- Benchmark tiering of colleges to be visited, compensation offered , etc and preparing a process note for sign offs and implementation.
- Collaborate with L&D team for delivering the programs as assigned under talent management
- Managing Recognition of Prior Learning Program across.
- Ensure robust talent pipeline and review the internal talent movement processes , opportunities, timelines and specific programs needed for effective succession planning
- Reviewing and Finalizing college list basis tiering of college for managing talent pipeline and program
- Support in Managing Talent Risk - Collation of relevant risks identified for functions and formats
- Manage the campus hiring program, coordinating the with placement officers, Build and maintain relationships with campus partners
- Collaboration for campus activities
