Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize talent development plans and learning programs.
- Drive career planning program , create awareness and track implementation
- Estimation & appropriate utilization of training Budget.
- Well versed with different Psychometric tools & Assessments.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
- Knowledge on performance appraisal process , drive and sustain the qualitative focus of performance process
- Well-versed with Reward framework and experienced in launching few successfully
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees, Functional Heads and vendors
Experience: 5-8 years
Education: MBA - Tier 1 colleges
Location: Pune
