About our Client: With a brand name that is recognized on a global scale, our client is a US multinational in FMCG industry. Due to company expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a HR professional in the India headquarters.
Job Description: Reporting to the regional Head HR you will be responsible for:
- Develop and deliver people processes that are critical to enhance leadership capabilities and employee engagement.
- Development and deployment of the annual talent review and succession planning. Responsible for the overall roll-out of the functional competency Success Profiles across the company.
- Development and deployment of the People Planning methodology Interpret results of assessment tools and facilitate large group/ individual post-assessment discussions.
- Training need analysis and rolling out the annual training calendar for the organization accordingly and evaluate effectiveness of training programs by assessing the resulting learning, competence, job performance, and learners' satisfaction with the content.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management & L&D function in the FMCG or consumer durables space.
- This role also require out-going personality and good communication skills
