Will Be Responsible For :
- Identifying, strategizing, designing & executing talent management strategies.
- Will oversee employee engagement activities.
- Reporting & analytics for Human Capital.
- Driving, leading and ensuring the effective development and implementation of Human Capital policies & processes.
- Manage diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Desired Profile :
- A master's degree in HR with at least 7 to 9 years of relevant HR experience.
- Adept problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, along with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage and lead a team
- Have strong interpersonal, Leadership, verbal and written communication skills
