Manager - Talent Management - Investment Firm - Hyderabad
We are looking for a talented candidate with a demonstrated track record of academic and professional achievement to be a part of our Talent Management team based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position that offers multiple opportunities to learn about the firm's various businesses.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Playing a pivotal role in identifying, strategizing, designing, and executing talent management strategies.
- Overseeing employee engagement activities.
- Reporting and analytics for Human Capital.
- Driving, leading, and ensuring the effective development and implementation of Human Capital policies and processes.
- Managing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Desired skills and experience :
- A master's degree in Human Resources with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Adept problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse work force at various levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions with the team.
- Adept at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with high-quality execution.
