Manager - Talent Management - Human Capital
Roles & responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/Master's degree with 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 4 years of people management experience
- The candidate should be highly organized with keen attention to detail and focus on delivery
- Candidate should have excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- The candidate should have expertise in workflow management
- The candidate should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements
- Candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- The candidate should also have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Candidates with prior experience on Workday will have an added advantage
