About our Client - Our client is a growing Swiss MNC and market leaders in the dermatology space. They operate in over 50 countries worldwide and employee 5000+ employees. With strong growth plans in India and various new product launches expected in the coming year, they are looking for a Talent Management specialist to lead the function for them in Mumbai.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head HR and responsible for a Pan India employee base of ~300, you will be in an individual contributor role at the corporate office and your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Talent Management initiatives at the Pan India level
- Drive succession planning across the managerial workforce
- Develop and institutionalize career frameworks
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and management to facilitate and implement the nine box tool in talent management and organizational development
The Successful Candidate - You have worked in a specialist Talent Management for at least 2 years and total experience post qualification must be between 5-7 years in a multinational firm with proven track record in stakeholder management.You would hold a full time postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a Tier 1 business school.
