- Develop process guidelines for Talent Management (TM), partner with business leaders / HR for enhancing the experience
- Manage hi-potential talent programs including People Conversations (Talent Management Reviews), partnership with learning vendors, developmental assignments etc
- Liasion with Business leaders and HR for talent conversations, communication updates, partnering for talent movements
- Leverage technology (SF Talent Mgmt) and analytics (including dashboarding) extensively in bringing about process effectiveness and efficiencies
- Provide tactical support for the development of solutions under the strong guidance of COE Head
