Manager - Talent Management - FMCG
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a candidate with good experience in Talent Management , PMS, L&D, OD and EE.
- Support the business leader to identify the gap and development area of the organization and suggest development solutions.
- Develop Management Capability to build our leadership talent for the future.
- Lead core HR processes across annual budgeting, performance calibration - setting BBOs & timely closure of appraisals, compensation cycle, promotions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Design Talent Strategy & Workforce Plans to capture business growth.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
