- Responsible for all human resource activities such as headcount management, employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Career Planning & Mobility, Attrition Analysis, people committee initiatives, performance management etc
- Provide 1:1 consulting on core HR processes to managers and business heads. Eg: Performance and Talent management.
- Strategic workforce Planning & HR Budgeting.
- Organization Change & Development (supporting Organization Restructuring).
- Succession Planning & Management.
- Talent Development & Retention.
- Coach and counsel the management team on issues including performance, training and development, salary, bonuses, promotions, transfers, organization design and team building.
- Evaluate all offers, transfers, promotions, merit adjustments, and bonuses for the employee population.
