Job Description -
- Implement HR solutions in the areas of Talent Development & Management, Org Design, L&D and Talent Analytics
- Work closely with L&D Consultants and BU HR to establish alignment and manage stakeholders from business
- Plan & execute the Talent program agenda
- Support the OLR process
- Succession Planning
- 360 assessment process
- Performance management process
- Leadership and hipo development
- IDP
- Strategic Workforce Planning and other talent management initiatives
- Create and share talent analytics and progress reports
- Change Management initiatives for projects like Crossfit etc
- Maintain working knowledge of best practices, cutting edge technologies and processes in organization development to determine new approaches to client needs
- Drive Diversity and inclusion related initiatives, including managing differences. Awareness of cross-cultural implications in consulting and organization development
- Drive the action plans for enhancing employee engagement. Develop & support execution of the India level key actionable, best practice sharing, action planning and follow up.
