- Identifying the top talent within organization.
- Succession Planning , Assessment planning .
- Developing & Modifying the processes.
- Develop process guidelines for Talent Management (TM), partner with business leaders / HR for enhancing the experience.
- Provide tactical support for the development of solutions under the strong guidance of COE Head.
- Manage hi-potential talent programs including People Conversations (Talent Management Reviews), partnership with learning vendors, developmental assignments etc.
