Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Scout, onboard, and manage influencer talent across diverse categories (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, tech, etc.).
- Develop personalized growth plans for influencers to enhance their brand presence and engagement.
Relationship Building:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent and foster long-term, collaborative relationships.
- Maintain strong communication with influencers to understand their aspirations and align them with opportunities.
Brand Partnerships:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify brand partnership opportunities that align with talent profiles.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines between brands and influencers.
Campaign Oversight:
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, including briefing influencers, managing deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights with talent to optimize future collaborations.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
- Provide strategic recommendations to talent based on market demands.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Post Graduation/MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality with high-profile individuals.
- Passion for social media, branding, and the influencer marketing landscape.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media analytics platforms.
