Be a part of TD team to collaborate with business functions leadership, managers, SMEs and stakeholders to conduct needs analyses to identify employee training needs and translate business requirements into performance and learning solutions
- Responsible for the curriculum strategy, construction and execution
- Design and develop engaging training within the instructional design methodology (ADDIE)
- Facilitate and conduct training as needed
- Source, coordinate and manage internal and external resources to customise off the shelve programs and make them more relevant to our business need
- To stay on top of the upcoming and new age technology and platforms and ensure upskilling of our colleagues across the board
- Evaluate informal and formal training feedback to revise and maintain training
- Responsible for developing the communication strategy to support the go to market approach for TD programs
- Report on learning metrics to communicate the ROI on TD curriculum to present to leadership and management
- Maintain training calendar and logistics
- Create and publish reports on learner training progress and completion for leadership, management and stakeholders
This is an exciting role and would entail you to :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree and 10 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated experience and application with curriculum and instructional design principles and practices to include adult learning theories, interactive training, learning design, eLearning design principles, self-paced instruction and evaluation methods
- Possess understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Intermediate to advanced skill in the use of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Be a detail-oriented, high-energy, proactive self-starter
- Work in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational/planning, project management and multi-tasking skills required
