Senior Consultant/Manager - Talent & Leadership Development (HR Consulting)
Job Objective :
- To work as a specialist in the leadership development vertical and contribute to vertical development by supporting in formulating vertical growth strategy, delivering leadership development assignments and developing new solutions
Primary Responsibility :
Client service delivery/execution :
- Execute projects, often supporting multiple clients
- Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients
- Manage client counterparts
- Provide guidance to other team members
Support Business Development efforts :
- Support Partner / Sr. Manager in BD pursuits via proposal creation, demonstrating good understanding of sector and solution
- Working with Partner/ Sr. Manager to accompany in BD meeting in order to support business development efforts
Knowledge Management :
- Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
Network & Identify opportunities :
- Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to the manager
- Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm, in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact clients
- Develop industry expertise: Develop good understanding of specific sectors/industries
Desired qualifications :
Engg and/or MBA : Preferably from a premier institution
Technical Skills required :
- Good understanding of the assessment and development center
- Competency development and mapping
- Psychometric tool understanding - preferably certified and a few tools
- Leadership development training and content design exposure other Skills
- Willingness to travel
